Kano Directs Immediate Re-opening of Six Technical Colleges
Kano state government has directed the immediate re-opening of six technical colleges in the state to allow SSS 3 students to participate in the forthcoming examinations by the National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB).
Commissioner for Education, Malam Muhammad Sanusi Sa’id Kiru made this statement through the office of the Ministry’s Public Relations Officer disclosing that the state government has given the directive for the settlement of all NABTEB examination fees for the students in the technical schools.

The Commissioner added that the sum of N860,000 has been allocated for the upkeep of the students and N15.6 million for the feeding of the students. Malam Kiru also revealed that the government has provided all the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE’s) to all the students to ensure strict adherence to the COVID-19 protocols.
