The JAMB UTME mock is an annual preparatory test for those sitting for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). Interested candidates had the opportunity to register for the mock during the initial UTME sign-up period. The 2024 mock exam is scheduled for Thursday, March 7th, 2024.
It’s important to note that the mock exam is optional and its results don’t contribute to your final UTME score nor is it mandatory for the main exam.
The mock test primarily serves to help candidates gauge their readiness and familiarize themselves with the computer-based testing format. Introduced in 2017, the mock exam offers a practical experience with the CBT system, particularly benefiting those less experienced with computers.
Additionally, the mock serves as a test run for JAMB to ensure the smooth operation of all systems across centers for the main exam. It also helps CBT centers to better understand the management of candidates during the actual exam.
Printing for the 2024 UTME mock exam slips is now available. Eligible candidates can print their slips, which will detail the exam venue and time.
Stay updated with the Studentclass app for notifications on slip printing. Even if you’re not participating in the mock exam, the Studentclass.net JAMB CBT Mobile App and Software offer a simulated exam experience. They mirror the actual JAMB interface, allowing you to practice with mock questions and assess your readiness.
As the mock exam nears, Studentclass will provide updates for all candidates, including:
